Since this video was made Comcast has gotten better and worse. That means they have gotten better at being worse. Yeah sure most of the customer service agents are nicer but they rarely help. After 10 years of Comcast when I moved it was over. Never to get Comcast Xfinity again. I would literally tell the agents on the phone I have called you guys for 10 years every 3 to 4 months for 2 hours minimum on the phone to discuss the latest issue. Normally the issues being the bill sky rockets a part of the triple play service stopped working or something else... Really every 3 to 4 months for years. Explaining I cannot pay outside thus budget and this is what I agreed to (meaning the original contract, of no contracts) Yeah it was frustrating but hey I am am American only we have it so good. To be able to argue and dispute a cable bill. But in the end its over now. See this article about YouTube TV, this is what can happen. Its only been 3 months since I quit Comcast but there no turning back only moving forward without Xfinity Cable. Well May 2010 to April 2022 that's enough.
